Terms of Service

By booking any consultation, reading, or spellwork with Granny the Swamp Witch, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Consultations & Spellwork

  • All consultations require a non-refundable fee. This fee is applied toward the cost of any spellwork you choose to book afterward.
  • If you decide not to proceed with spellwork after your consultation, the consultation fee remains non-refundable.
  • Spellwork costs may vary depending on the scope of the work required. Please note that you will be informed of the final price before the work commences.
  • There are no refunds on spellwork consultations or completed spellwork under any circumstances.

2. Scheduling & Wait Times

  • Consultations and spellwork are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Spellwork is performed in the order received.
  • Please understand that spellwork is completed during my personal time. Depending on your placement in the queue, it may take a week or longer for your work to be completed.

3. Readings & Mentorship Disclaimer

  • Readings are intended to provide spiritual guidance, education, and entertainment.
  • A reading is not a substitute for medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice.
  • No guarantees of outcome are made; while I aim for accuracy, 100% accuracy cannot be guaranteed. Your actions, as well as the actions of others, can influence future outcomes, as the future is constantly in flux.
  • By purchasing a reading, you know that the information provided is not binding and should not replace professional advice.

4. Refunds & Rescheduling

  • Absolutely no refunds will be issued for readings, consultations, or spellwork.
  • If you need to reschedule a reading before it has been completed, you will be allowed one reschedule only, which will be marked as an IOU reading in my records. My time is valuable, and your not showing up takes time away from me and other paying clients.
  • It is your responsibility to attend your appointment at the scheduled time. Failure to do so without prior notice will result in forfeiture of your session.

5. Physical Goods & Returns

  • Damaged in Shipping: All products are shipped insured for your protection. If your order is damaged in transit, refunds will only be issued once I have received the insurance payment. Documentation of the damage may be required to process the claim.
  • Eligible Returns: Only brand-new, unopened, and unused products are eligible for a refund. Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Refund Process: No refunds will be issued until I have received and verified that the returned items are in unopened/unused condition.
  • Custom Orders: Custom-made items are non-refundable unless damaged in shipping—no exceptions. You are also responsible for the return shipping costs of the damaged items. I need them returned before issuing a refund, and I allow 10 days for them to be sent back. After 10 days, if I have not received the item, then no refund will be issued (barring issues with USPS/UPS).
  • Returns Are Accepted within 7 Days From the Date of Receipt of Goods. You must contact me within 7 days of receiving the physical item(s) to initiate the return process. If I do not receive the goods back within 10 days of starting the return, barring shipping issues with USPS/UPS, then no refund will be issued.

6. Acceptance of Terms

By paying for and booking a consultation, reading, spellwork, or purchasing goods, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service in full.
